On December 6th and 7th, the North Andover Merchants Association will transform the Steven’s Estate into a Winter Wonderland. The community is invited to wander through the fun and creative “gingerbread” displays created by our North Andover Merchants Association members AND members of the community. Admission is free. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase for a chance to win your favorite creation. Refreshments will be available for purchase and crafts and fun activities will be available.

All members of our community (individuals, businesses, non-profits, clubs, teams etc) are invited to create and share a “Gingerbread” display. This can be a traditional gingerbread house that reflects and represents your business, organization or your holiday spirit OR a non-traditional take on the gingerbread theme (do a web search for some fun ideas.)

  • NA Merchants Association Member: No Entry Fee
  • Non NAMA Member: $10 Entry Fee

Your creation can be made of any materials (not limited to edible materials) but must follow a few guidelines:

  • All entry forms must be received by Sunday December 1st
  • All entries must be delivered to the Stevens Estate between 12:00PM and 4:00PM Friday December 6th
  • All entries must be placed on a plywood board base or sturdy cardboard not exceeding 24”x 24″x24” and be able to be easily transported.
  • All entries must include a cover to protect them overnight (plastic, box, etc.)
  • All entries will be raffled off. Materials will not be returned to you.
  • Entrants will not be provided with a power source; should you choose to add lighted or powered elements, they should be battery powered.
  • Entries must not contain violent imagery, offensive language, political messages etc. It is the discretion of the board to not accept/remove any unsuitable entries.
  • The NA Merchants Association/Stevens Estate is not responsible for collapses or other damage to the creations.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Platinum Sponsor – $1,000

  • Individual signage at Gingerbread Walk at all activities (crafts, snacks, display areas, entertainment, etc)
  • Company logo and link on North Andover Merchant Association website and all event promotional materials
  • Weekly Spotlight Recognition as Platinum Sponsor on social media (through 12/21/2024)
  • Recognition in association produced traditional media releases

Gold Sponsor – $500

  • Individual signage at Gingerbread Walk in chosen area/activity (crafts, snack, designated room, entertainment)
  • Company logo and link on North Andover Merchant Association website and all event promotional materials
  • Recognition in association produced traditional media releases

Silver Sponsor $250

  • Signage at Gingerbread Walk
  • Company logo and link on North Andover Merchant Association website and all event promotional materials

Bronze Sponsor $100

  • Recognition as a sponsor on all promotional materials
